Mail Distribution Clerk

Warehouse Shipping Clerk / Office SupportPRIDESTAFF is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Shipping Clerk / Office Support for a client located in Romeoville, IL. This will be a HYBRID role between office support and warehouse/floor operations.**MUST have Forklift experience**3pm-11:30pm M-F (+ OT as needed)Pay: $20/hrKey Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment: Pulling, packing, and sealing orders securely for shippingDocumentation: Preparing and verifying invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (BOL)Inventory Tracking: Recording shipment data, such as weight, charges, and inventory levels, into computer systemsLogistics Coordination: Scheduling carriers, loading trucks, and tracking outgoing shipmentsQuality Control: Inspecting items for damages or discrepancies against purchase ordersKey Qualifications:Experience: 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar rolesTechnology Skills: Proficient with WMS software, SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel), and shipping systems like UPS WorldShipPhysical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform packing tasksAttention to Detail: High accuracy in labeling, counting, and data entryCommunication: Ability to work with team members, drivers, and customersPrevious forklift experience requiredInterested and qualified candidates are encouraged to submit an up-to-date resume for immediate consideration!
