What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a similar field;
• Up to 10 years of experience as an Agile/Business Analyst;
• Experience in gathering and managing requirements (user stories, backlog, and acceptance tests);
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies;
• Experience in data and analytics contexts (data warehouse, Power BI);
• Knowledge of data modeling and preferably Databricks;
• Familiarity with tools like SAS, SAP, Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence;
• Fluent in English.
