Job Description

• Manage construction project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Monitor on-site progress to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the team in achieving project goals and milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Engineer should have:

• Strong understanding of construction processes and practices.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and compliance requirements.
