As our Evening Culinary Operations Supervisor, you'll lead the evening meal service for trustee dining, ensuring every guest receives a hot, fresh meal while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
• Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.
• Leading evening meal service for trustee dining.
• Preparing and serving fresh, made-to-order meals.
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
• Ensuring proper food portioning and presentation.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
• Completing daily prep, pull, and production tasks.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Working closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assisting with inventory, stocking, and end-of-shift cleanup.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.

Nice-To-Haves:

• An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• Food Handler's certification.

Compensation Range up to $23/hr Schedule: Monday through Friday Evening Shift Weekends off
