Warehouse Production Associate Location: Mohawk, TN Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday– Friday | 5: 00 AM– 1: 30PM Shift hours may vary based on seasonal production demands. Join Our Team! We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Production Associates to join our growing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering weekly pay, excellent benefits upon hire, and opportunities for advancement. Job Responsibilities Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment. Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Operate basic production equipment and hand tools as needed. Load and unload materials throughout the warehouse. Label, sort, and organize products and inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Assist in other warehouse and production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. On a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong work ethic with excellent attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train in multiple departments. Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
