The Lead Veterinarian will be tasked with leading the mentorship of all new or recent graduates at their hospital.* **Clinical Excellence**: The Lead Veterinarian is responsible for driving clinical excellence and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.* **Leadership & Culture**: Acts as a key leader, fostering a strong workplace culture, aligning with the company's core values, and driving performance and retention at the hospital level. Direct supervision of Associate Veterinarians and indirect supervision of hospital staff.* **Regulatory & Compliance**: Works with leadership and compliance teams to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal safety standards, inventory management, and fosters team relationships to maintain staffing levels and hospital efficiency.
