Concretti Designs is a manufacturer of handcrafted concrete sinks, bathtubs, planters, and other concrete products. We’re a growing team that values craftsmanship, creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help provide an exceptional experience for our customers from the first interaction through post-sale support.

Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers and play an important role in their overall experience with Concretti Designs. You’ll assist customers with detailed product information, help guide them through the ordering process, provide updates on their orders, and address questions or concerns along the way.

You’ll also work closely with our production, shipping, sales, and management teams to help ensure orders are accurate and fulfilled on time. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to problem-solve and follow through when issues arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, including specifications, features, ordering requirements, and lead times
• Assist customers throughout the ordering process and help ensure orders are entered accurately
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional or complementary products based on customer needs
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams to help ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Provide customers with order updates and proactively communicate changes or delays
• Follow up on open cases, questions, and customer concerns to ensure timely resolution
• Handle customer concerns and difficult situations professionally and work toward appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems
• Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our products, policies, procedures, and ordering processes
• Assist the sales and management teams with administrative tasks and other projects as needed
• Communicate effectively with other departments to help resolve issues and provide a seamless customer experience
• Assist other departments with Quality Control reviews to help ensure products and orders meet Concretti Designs’ quality standards and specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience; sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent written communication skills, including strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent follow-through and ability to manage multiple customer requests at once
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to learn new systems
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain professional when handling challenging situations
• Positive, upbeat attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness and ability to learn detailed product information
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and collaborate effectively across departments
