Every day, you will inspect, calibrate, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of biomedical devices. You'll maintain accurate service records and provide technical support to clinical staff, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and patient safety.Performs significant preventative maintenance/safety tests/calibration for equipmentProvides equipment repair throughout responsible areaPrioritizes work load effectively with minimal supervisionCompletes all necessary record keeping for work orders received and/or finishedSolves organization level customer service issues and complaints with minimal supervisionAssists in the ordering of part and supplies necessary for servicing of equipmentRequired:Associates degree in Electrical Engineering Biomedical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related fieldOR equivalent military educationOR graduate of a technical programOR equivalent training validated through training certificationsMinimum of two (2) year of experience servicing technical equipmentAZ Drivers LicenseAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manualsAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizationAbility to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimalsAbility to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphsPreferred:Certified Biomedical Equipment TechnicianCertified Radiology Equipment Specialist (CRES)Certified Laboratory Equipment Specialist (CLES)Certified Healthcare Technology Manager (CHTM)Imagine a workplace where your passion for healing meets a commitment to community.
