Position Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Part Time / Per Diem / Weekend Warrior available. Salary: LPN Part/Full Time $34.75/hr; LPN Per Diem $30.50/hr; RN Part/Full Time $41.25/hr; RN Per Diem $38.00/hr; LPN Weekend Warrior $40.25/day. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (per‑dime and weekend warrior days may vary). Responsibilities Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitation of family visitations, and medication distribution while maintaining human rights at all times. Implement Positive Behavior Support and individualized programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans. Use de‑escalation and crisis management techniques when necessary to maintain the safety of others. Requirements Valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license. Qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license. TB screening and physical upon hire, with TB updates every two years thereafter.
