Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient care services at Escondido Family Medicine. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality nursing care, collaborating with healthcare providers, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards and organizational policies during the assignment period. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a family medicine/clinical setting Assess patient conditions and document findings accurately Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program Experience Required Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse Licenses & Certifications Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS for Healthcare Providers or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Heart Association) Language Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr TALENT Software Services
