As the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage the customer experience and establish a strategic direction and plan for customer account growth. We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Lead the development of effective growth strategiesDrive new account growth through effective solutions developmentEnsure contractual compliance and that customer obligations are metDirect capital expenditure and asset deployment activitiesManage account-driven initiatives, including accounts receivable collections, working capital and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)Ensure annual profit, efficiency and quality goals are attained at each client engagement; ensure KPIs are meaningful, aligned and achieved regularlySustain Lean culture; promote a diverse work environment focused on the continuous improvement of processesEstablish goals, plans and related metrics; track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectivesWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need: 5 years of project management experienceProven logistics industry/supply chain management knowledge and experienceIt'd be great if you also have: Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree in a related fieldSix Sigma, Kaizen or process improvement certificationsSuperior knowledge of vertical supply chainDemonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, make trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with technical employeesAbility to develop insightful, value-added and actionable analyses with detailed explanations regarding drivers of those results; able to produce unambiguous, comprehensive and accurate interpretationsProven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environmentGXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
