Create cohesive visual experiences aligned with brand strategy across various platforms Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital platforms Create multimedia assets for motion graphics and animations as needed Ensure brand consistency and accessibility in all designs Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Contribute to design systems and templates Present design concepts and incorporate feedback Support junior designers and share best practices Stay current with design trends and tools Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Web Design, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training or experience 2+ years of experience in design or related field Basic understanding of business and operating environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards Ability to interpret user needs and translate them into design solutions Effective communication and presentation skills Creative problem-solving and critical thinking Familiarity with front-end development concepts and digital design standards Experience with animation and multimedia content creation tools Collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills Attention to detail and quality assurance Time management and multitasking abilities Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in creating cohesive visual experiences and multimedia assets while ensuring brand consistency and accessibility.
