Branch ManagerA community bank in Canon City is looking for a Branch Manager to lead its office and serve customers across Fremont County and the Royal Gorge area. You'll guide a small team, grow deposits and loans, and be a familiar face in the community.Responsibilities:Train, support, and lead the branch staffGrow deposit and loan relationships throughout the local marketWork consumer, small-business, and the occasional ag loan requestKeep operations smooth while staying inside policy and regulationDeliver strong service and suggest products that fit each customerRepresent the bank at local events and community groupsQualifications:Three-plus years in banking that include supervising or lendingBusiness or finance degree preferredNatural leader with clear, friendly communicationConsumer or small-business lending exposure helpsOrganized and comfortable covering many duties in a small officeCompetitive salary and bonus.
