Registered Nurse (RN) CVICU

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a challenging role in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). This position is critical in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures and requiring intensive monitoring and intervention.

Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team, monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any significant changes in condition, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, conducting thorough assessments, including physical evaluations and patient histories, providing patient education regarding health management and recovery processes, and documenting all patient interactions and care provided in accordance with established protocols.

Qualifications include a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, a minimum of 1 year of experience in a CVICU or similar critical care setting, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

This position is scheduled from 7 AM to 7 PM. Flexibility may be required based on patient needs and unit staffing.
