Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Operations & People Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, and enjoys working across HR, operations, administration, compliance, and basic accounting functions.

You will work closely with leadership and play a key role in supporting employees, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Employee onboarding and offboarding
HR administration and employee records management
Compliance tracking and documentation
Recruiting coordination and employee engagement
Operational and administrative support
Vendor coordination and process management
Basic accounting, invoicing, and bookkeeping support
Assist leadership with day-to-day business operations and special projects

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HR, Operations, Administration, or a related field
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online is a plus
