Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

A highly respected Houston plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to handle a diverse litigation docket involving passenger vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and other negligence-based personal injury matters. This role does not involve commercial trucking or 18-wheeler litigation. The ideal candidate enjoys litigation, courtroom advocacy, and taking ownership of cases from filing through trial. Position: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Location: Houston, TX | 100% In-Office Salary: up to $200K + benefits and generous bonuses Responsibilities Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution Handle passenger vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bite, and other non-commercial injury claims Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances Negotiate settlements when appropriate Prepare cases for trial Work closely with clients throughout the litigation process Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation experience Experience communicating with insurance carriers and adjusters Filevine experience preferred Excellent client communication and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting
