POSITION SUMMARY:

The FOH Crew Member is responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for customers. FOH Crew Member supports service by taking orders, assisting with food packaging, completing order sale transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating clearly with both guests and team members. FOH Crew Member helps ensure smooth operations and high‐quality service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include the following, and other duties may be assigned:

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Be fully knowledgeable of menu and communicate menu items positively and according to brand identity

• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system when required.

• Assist with running food, delivering orders, and ensuring guests receive everything they need.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest areas, including tables, counters, beverage stations, and restrooms.

• Restock front‐of‐house items such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and to‐go supplies.

• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, expediter, and other team members to keep service running smoothly.

• Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and wait times.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.

• Support the team during busy periods by helping wherever needed.
• Answer phones using appropriate greeting and assist caller with questions.

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude throughout your shift.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Six (6) months previous customer service or restaurant experience, required.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Ability to stay organized in a fast‐paced environment.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

• Friendly attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain focus at task at hand
