• Design and implement agentic workflows & orchestration logic

• Build tool‑using agents connected to internal/external systems

• Define agent boundaries, permissions, and safety controls

• Implement observability, evaluation, and reliability mechanisms

• Collaborate with product, platform, and data teams

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years professional software engineering

• Hands‑on experience with AI agents, LLM‑based workflows, or autonomous systems

• Strong in Python and/or C# (primary stack)

• API integration experience

• Experience building secure, reliable backend services

• Strong understanding of testing, monitoring, and production ops • Multi‑agent systems

• Agent orchestration frameworks

• Evaluation pipelines, guardrails, observability

• Experience in regulated / sensitive‑data environments
