The company supplies high-quality ingredients, flavors, vitamins, proteins, sweeteners, and custom blends used in products enjoyed around the world, is committed to quality, safety, and innovation, helping bring new food and nutrition products to life.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Blending Operator Details:Temporary position$ 18.00 / hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)Accurately measure and prepare ingredients according to production instructions.Verify product types and quantities while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.Calibrate scales, label materials, and follow proper handling procedures.Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace while following food safety and cGMP guidelines.Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and support daily production operations.Blending Operator Qualifications:Basic math skills, including the ability to convert measurements, follow instructions, and accurately measure ingredients.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical movements.Must be comfortable working around powder and strong smells and wearing required PPE, including a respirator if needed.Must be available for Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM training for the first two weeks and willing to transition to the assigned second-shift schedule afterward.Must have reliable transportation to Salt Lake City, follow strict food production dress code requirements, and provide work history or a resume.Previous employment or disclosed convictions require additional review.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
