Senior RFIC/MMIC Design Engineer
SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP
SpaceX in Redmond, WA is seeking a Senior MMIC Design Engineer (RFIC Engineering) to develop next‑generation MMICs for space and ground infrastructure. You’ll work with cross‑disciplinary teams to design, simulate, package, test, and deploy MMICs that enable Starlink connectivity globally. The role requires 5+ years in RF/microwave MMIC design, GaAs/GaN experience, and strong modeling skills using ADS/HFSS/AWR.
