The Opportunity As Managing Veterinarian, you’ll continue doing what you love most: practicing veterinary medicine and building meaningful relationships with patients and clients. In addition, you’ll play a key leadership role by guiding medical standards, mentoring veterinarians, and fostering a culture where both people and pets thrive. Job Duties Provide medical leadership and oversight of the veterinary team Develop and uphold medical protocols and best practices Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care Mentor, coach, and inspire veterinarians and support staff Partner closely with the Hospital Manager on budgeting, financial performance, and operational improvements This is an ideal role for a veterinarian who enjoys leadership, values teamwork, and wants to make a lasting impact without stepping away from clinical practice.
