Project Coordinator

Overview Herzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a Project Coordinator in St. Joseph, MO to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities: *This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position. Renew current Contractor licenses with each state or agency for National Construction Apply for new contractor licenses as needed for National Construction Assist with prequalification packages Update Manhour history from current project Work with current project staff to gather indirect costs for future bids Bid Management – Solicit Bids from subcontractors and vendors Assist with preparing bid documents Support and assist with cost report review and analysis, reporting timecard information, resource planning Assist with prequalification requirements, various office coordination duties. Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog’s Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent experience preferred. 3 years working in business administration or equivalent work experience preferred. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills. Solid communication skills. Must work well in a team environment. Subject to pre-employment physical, medical evaluation, and drug screen Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis.
