SHIFT SUPERVISOR (ON CALL)

Position Overview Shift Supervisor – Immediate opening at the IBM Learning Center, 20 Old Post Road, Armonk, NY 10504. At present, online applications only. This is an on‑call position with a flexible schedule that may vary based on business needs. Successful candidates will be interviewed for more details. Core Responsibilities Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure. Provide training and create work schedules for the shift. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous supervisory and service experience required. Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Fluency in English; additional languages may be required. Background screening may be required for certain positions (Florida Level 2). Compensation and Benefits Fixed pay rate: $27.00 per hour.
