Key Qualifications:

• Valid state license for Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow eligibility
• Experience working in schools, ideally with elementary-aged children
• Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of 40-50 students

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention to K-12 students, focusing on elementary
• Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and report results to stakeholders
• Consult and collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ learning goals
• Travel between six schools within the district and manage a flexible calendar within the school year (8/17-5/28)
• Offer professional recommendations and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings as needed
