Overview LVN/LPN Position: LVN/LPN Remote/Virtual Position: No Coverage Area: Reading, PA and surrounding areas Salary: $67,000 - $75,000 / year (paid on a per‑visit basis, estimate of annual compensation) Schedule: Full Time Offer Based on Years of Experience Responsibilities Provide nursing visits as prescribed by the physician. Maintain accurate and complete medical records and paperwork. Qualifications One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience. Required Certifications and Licensures Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program. Currently licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation. Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
