Available Schedules

• Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-10:00 PM
• Weekend Schedule: Saturday-Tuesday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Position Overview

Sparta Networking is hiring Inbound Customer Support Specialists for an on-site opportunity within the travel and hospitality industry.

In this role, you will speak with customers who need assistance with reservations, scheduling, account questions, and other travel-related concerns. The position is a strong fit for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping people, and can remain calm and professional while working through customer questions.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Paid training will be provided.

What You'll Do

• Respond to incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with reservations, scheduling, and general account questions
• Explain available services, policies, and next steps clearly
• Research customer concerns and work toward an accurate resolution
• Document calls, update customer records, and enter information into internal systems
• Follow company procedures while delivering a positive customer experience
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive prepared for each scheduled shift
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to support daily call volume

• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to learn new systems and follow established procedures

• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Must be at least 18 years old

Customer service, call center, sales, hospitality, retail, or office experience is helpful, but not required.
