Description The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Service Coordinator in our Bloomington Office. Job Summary Responsible for executing administrative and operational tasks to enhance efficiency, quality, and service performance, aiming to exceed our clients' expectations through data-driven decisions. Demonstrates client service, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to analyze data for effective collaboration with other members of the service team. Responsibilities Workflow Management: Holds appropriate meetings to ensure efficient work distribution. Responsible for the timely completion of escalated call management. Work Order Review: Reviews and updates work orders according to client requirements in order to eliminate discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing. Proposals and Quotes: Reviews, validates, and submits quotes and proposals. Responsible for pricing and purchasing parts for technicians to complete follow-up calls. Billing Review: Supports the review of work order billings for online clients and enters invoices into third party online programs per the client billing requirements.
