Why You’ll Love Working Here Earn an additional $150–$250 per week through customer tips and review bonuses Weekly pay with consistent scheduling Health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days Paid training and ongoing development Clear advancement opportunities into leadership positions Supportive team culture that recognizes and rewards hard work What You’ll Be Doing Driving or assisting on residential and commercial moves Operating 26' box trucks (U-Haul-sized vehicles) Loading, unloading, wrapping, and protecting customer belongings Leading crews and coordinating move logistics Navigating stairs, tight spaces, and physically demanding environments Maintaining clean, organized, and professional trucks Following DOT and FMCSA regulations and company safety standards Driver / Crew Lead Qualifications 2+ years of experience driving 26' box trucks preferred Valid driver's license Clean 5-year driving record with no major violations Ability to lift 100+ lbs and remain physically active throughout the day Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Availability to start at 7:30 AM and work weekends as needed No driving experience?
