Corgi has built the first full-stack, AI-native insurance carrier designed from the ground up for startups and high-growth companies. Unlike traditional insurance brokers, Corgi underwrites, prices, and issues policies directly, cutting out the middlemen and the friction that usually comes with getting a business covered. Insurance was one of the last major corners of financial services that hadn't been meaningfully modernized and we've rebuilt it end to end.

Backed by Y Combinator and other top-tier investors, Corgi has grown into one of the fastest-scaling companies in the insurance industry, now valued at $4 billion. We currently operate out of San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Chicago, Atlanta, New York, and London and we're now opening a brand-new office in Orem, Utah.

The Opportunity

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll be a Founding BDR of Corgi's Orem office. You'll help shape its culture, its playbook, and its early wins. If you want the upside of startup ownership with the backing of a company that's already proven its model at scale, this is it.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls and outreach to startup founders, operators, and finance leaders.
• Qualify outbound leads and move them through the top of the sales funnel.
• Own your CRM hygiene accurate notes, next steps, and follow-through on every deal in your pipeline.
• Partner closely with Account Executives and underwriting to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Hit and exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.

What We're Looking For

• Competitive drive and a track record of hitting quota.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; you're comfortable picking up the phone and getting told "no".
• Coachability and a genuine desire to improve quickly.
• Comfort within a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. This is NOT a basic 9-to-5.
• No prior insurance experience required. We'll train you on the product and the industry.
