Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
Client-specific requirement: ability to manage caseloads typical to SNF/LTC environments, including experience with restorative programs and documenting per facility protocols.
Client-specific requirement: must be able to provide 36 clinical hours per week as guaranteed by the client.
Preferred: experience with electronic medical records used in post-acute care.
