Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project manager and team members to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and progress
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
• Assist in the preparation of project estimates and budgets
• Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
• Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in construction management or related field
• Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
• Familiarity with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar programs
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
