Quality Assurance Associate - Now Hiring

Your responsibilities:

- Perform continuous visual checks on products coming off the line, identifying surface flaws, defects, or missing components based on clear visual standards.
- Sort accepted components from rejected materials, ensuring the accurate segregation of non-conforming items.
- Accurately fill out simple qc logs and inspection checklists to record findings hourly or batch-by-batch.
- Collect samples of materials or components at specified intervals for further testing by senior staff.
- Communicate immediately with the production operator or supervisor when recurring quality issues are detected.

You will be required to wear steel-toed or composite-toed boots. It's important to wear clothes that fit well and allow for free movement without excess fabric (no leggings and or spandex material). Durable pants like jeans, work pants, or cargo pants are a common choice. T-shirts are usually acceptable, but it's important to avoid shirts with offensive graphics or large logos. Hair must be tied up above the shoulders at all times on the warehouse floor
