Implement process and quality improvements through task automation. Institute infrastructure as code, security automation and automation or routine maintenance tasksCoordination with offshore team, delivered results, focusing the team on tasks and requirements, communicated team status, accomplishments, and other deliverablesInvolved in Deployment and Administration of the project, used TIBCO Administrator GUI to monitor and maintain BW process engines.Extensive knowledge on Change Management ,Incident management and Problem management , Have extensive knowledge on Service Now, Remedy Ticketing toolsAuctioning on the Incidents raised by the APP team on various alerts raised due to disruption of ProdOps Services., ensuring that the services and Applications are back without any outage.Monitoring the various EMS, JMS queues and purging the queues on confirmation from Application Team.Regular monitoring and cleaning of the disk spaces on Unix server slices where the application is deployed.End to End Testing in all the production environments by checking the end to end flow involving Application Teams , identifying and fixing the components in case of failures in the flow.New Production deployments involving Code upgrades , following the Citi Management Process and Abiding by the change RequestsPart of Regular Major releases every Quartely and COB drills across all Production Line of Business.Involved in All cert Renewal Upgrades across all Production Line of Business Basic Qualifications: 10 plus years of experience architecting, developing Middleware end to end solutions in TIBCO10 plus years of experience planning, installing and maintaining TIBCO product suite: TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Business Events, TIBCO Business Process Mgmt., TIBCO IProcess, TIBCO Business Connect, TIBCO Rendezvous, TIBCO Enterprise Messaging Service, Tibco hawk, Tibco adapters, MQ Adapters3 plus years of experience performing installation, designing and implementing large scale distributed data processing applications built on distributed key systems using Apache Kafka clusters5 plus years of experience supporting, automating, and optimizing deployments in AWS, leveraging configuration management, CI/CD, and DevOps processesPreferred Skills: Experience in Deploying BW ears using scriptsExperience in Upgrading TIBCO packages in UNIX boxesExperience in PRODUCTION Support environment Experience in Handling 24/7 Offshore /Onshore Model ,Experience in upgrading /Remediation of Components as part of EOVS – END of Vendor support EMS configuration is a must Hawk Rulebase configuration setup knowledge is mandatory for alerts configuration Experience in installation, designing and implementing SOLACE message components Extensively worked on Tibco BW 5.x and 6, x environments as administrator for Server Installations, Configuration, Application components deployment, performance tuning including troubleshooting and maintenanceExpertise in Agile Software Development like Scrum methodology and Feature Driven Development.Experience in Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, Pivotal Cloud FoundryExpertise in scripting languages like PERL, Unix Shell Script etc.External Certifcation in TIBCO or Any cloud platform is a must Must have hands on experience to write Jenkin Pipelines Must have hands on experience on any SCM repositories Experience with migrations, upgrades, and patches Experience with Handling Shift Roaster for Production support Environment #INDFSINS #L1-NAMAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
