What You'll Do As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll help lead day-to-day operations while driving team performance, customer experience, and overall store success. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to create a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated leaders who are ready to grow with us.

• Retail management or assistant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with POS systems (Paladin experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational and operational skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to work in an active retail environment
