Production Technician Lead l (PM Shift)

Production Technician Lead I needed for pharmaceutical finishing operations at Tempe facility. The role involves equipment setup, troubleshooting, team leadership, and maintenance support across multiple production lines on second or fourth shift.
Responsibilities
- Setup and troubleshoot automated equipment in primary and secondary packaging across three value streams
- Perform vision system tasks and resolve serialization system faults at mechanic level
- Monitor and maintain overall equipment effectiveness performance and make necessary adjustments
- Provide high-level troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipment components
- Lead peer training, communicate maintenance issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent technical experience
- Production Technician III level experience or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of pneumatics, electronics, motors, and sensor systems
- Experience with HMI controls, vision inspection, and serialization systems
- Proficiency in SAP, POMs, and Maximo systems preferred
- 4-5+ years cGMP requirements and procedures knowledge preferred
- Ability to stand 8-12 hours daily and lift up to 25 pounds
