Job Summary:
This pediatric cardiac sonographer position is located in Baltimore, Maryland. The role involves performing advanced echocardiography procedures for patients ranging from neonates to adults with congenital and acquired pediatric cardiac diseases. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts, working 40 hours per week, with shifts from 08:00 to 16:30 and 16:30 to 08:30, starting on 06/22/2026.
• Required Qualifications: ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) license, ARDMS Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Advanced Echocardiography (AE), BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, with 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience in pediatric echocardiography, proficiency with 2-D and 3-D Echo, advanced ultrasound techniques, and experience in adult acute care and outpatient settings.
• Float: Float rotation may be required within the specialty, other units, and sister facilities within scope.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be comfortable with imaging procedures involving contrast agents, bubble studies, and cardiac anomalies such as Tetralogy of Fallot, Ventricular Septal Defect, and hypoplastic heart syndromes. Certification in CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) and NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) is required and should be submitted in the credential packet. All scheduled vaccinations, including flu vaccine, are required as they fall, as scheduled.
