Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN)

Overview We are seeking to add a Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) to our team at Holiday Heights Healthcare Center. Nurses are the backbone of our clinical culture and this role supports high quality resident care. Responsibilities Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques. Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions; notify appropriate parties of changes. Take vital signs and assess resident condition. Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications or health conditions. Modify resident care plan, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and nurse aide flow sheets in conjunction with resident changes. Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas. Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care. Experience & Education Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License OR Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License. 1+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment.
