• Answer customer inquiries via phone and in person with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Make all our delicious products following accurate standards with a passion for perfection
• Document customer orders accurately and maintain detailed records in our system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations or solutions
• Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Follow company policies and procedures while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Contribute to a supportive team environment by sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues
• Meet performance goals and quality standards while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
