Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Leader to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

This position is designed for individuals who want to develop their leadership abilities while gaining practical experience in team coordination, business operations, customer engagement, and performance management.

As a Trainee Leader, you will work alongside experienced team members and managers, learning how to support daily operations, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, contribute to team goals, and gradually take on greater leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily team operations and help maintain high performance standards.
• Work closely with management to understand leadership and operational processes.
• Assist with team coordination, communication, and task organization.
• Build strong professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and overall performance.
