Desktop Support Engineer

Overview Volpe Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a full-time Desktop Support Engineer to work closely with the IT Director to ensure end-user equipment is functioning efficiently across all systems. Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for all computer system issues through the ticketing system. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of the organization\'s computer, network, and business system applications (LAN/WAN & VoIP) to ensure optimal performance. Install updates and upgrades to computer systems to keep systems running efficiently. Set up and manage network infrastructure devices; diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for users and systems. Understand and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS and related utilities. Maintain knowledge of MS Server 2025, Windows 11/10, and MS Office; onboarding and off-boarding of users. Provide technical support to end-users, manage user accounts, and train users on network and software use. Ensure adherence to company policies, security standards, and data protection requirements; maintain professionalism in all environments. Attend and be punctual; perform other duties and projects as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities N/A Qualifications Strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for computer systems through a ticketing system. Experience setting up and managing network infrastructure devices. Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and related troubleshooting utilities. Knowledge of MS Server 2025, Windows 11/10, and MS Office. Compensation Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
