Sourcebooks is seeking an Editorial Assistant – Romance to join our rapidly growing Adult Romance team in a hybrid/remote role based in New York, Naperville, or remote from listed states. The hourly position supports acquisition through publication, learning each stage of the editorial process while working with experienced editors.
