Business / Functional Analyst – Vision Next (VN)Experience 8–12 yearsRoleBusiness / Functional Analyst – Vision Next ProductPrimary SkillsStrong understanding of Vision Next (core banking / cards / payments ecosystem)Knowledge of card lifecycle: Authorization, Validation, Personalization, AdministrationUnderstanding of banking processes: Billing, Invoicing, Statements, Fees (Interchange, Cash Fee, etc.)Expertise in regulatory compliance and global financial regulationsAbility to perform deep functional analysis and product-level impact assessmentExperience in process re-engineering and automation within VN workflowsStrong documentation skills for product features, APIs, and business processesSecondary SkillsAtlassian JIRA & Confluence (Agile delivery & documentation)MS SQL / Data AnalysisAPI understanding (REST/OpenAPI) and integration conceptsMS Office (Excel-heavy reporting, PowerPoint for stakeholder communication)Key Responsibilities & TasksAct as a Vision Next SME, driving functional discussions and solution alignment with business stakeholdersLead requirements elicitation workshops and translate business needs into VN-compatible functional specificationsDefine and document current vs. target state processes aligned to VN product capabilitiesCollaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams for feature design and deliveryManage and prioritize product backlog, user stories, and sprint activitiesDrive functional analysis for VN modules (cards, billing, customer management, etc.)
