Deposit Accounts & Client Experience Specialist
Valley National Bancorp
Valley National Bank is seeking a position focused on opening deposit accounts, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining client records. You will work with the Client Experience Specialist to understand customer needs and support a positive client experience. You will collaborate with internal partners to align on communication and identify cross-sell opportunities while complying with BSA/Patriot Act and OFAC requirements.
