Executive Recruiter As an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on the candidate and the client. You will manage both sides of the desk, helping clients and candidates thrive. Responsibilities The Executive Recruiter will execute the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional positions across a variety of clients. This requires a sense of urgency, focus on existing clients, identification of new opportunities, interviewing candidates, and matching them with their ideal organizations and careers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities. Team‑player with a collaborative mindset. Technically savvy with a desire to learn and adopt new technology. Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed. Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Friendly competitive spirit and a winning mentality. Ability to work in a remote‑based or hybrid model work environment. Compensation and Benefits Anticipated salary: $50,000-$70,000, with location adjustments: California $70,304; Colorado $57,783.96 – $70,000; New York County $66,300 – $70,000; New York‑Other Locations $62,353.20 – $70,000; Washington $80,168.40. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401(k) plan or a non‑qualified deferred compensation plan. Paid leave includes personal time off up to 152 hours a year, 10 paid holidays, one community service day, and up to six weeks of paid parental leave.
