Position Overview :
As an Wireless Sales Associate , you will receive comprehensive, fully paid training to equip you with the tools and skills needed to succeed in our industry. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a competitive spirit, and a passion for achieving both personal and team goals. You will play a key role in driving our sales efforts while developing professionally in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning our communication, sales material, & office structure
• Daily training to become a liaison between sales and clients
• Attend daily training clinics on quality assurance, quality control of the sales process, professional development, and mastering communication techniques
• Weekly goal setting and personalized coaching from leadership daily
• Tracking sales and retention through SalesForce
• Daily feedback and reminder calls to customers to ensure high retention and build professional relationships with customers

Qualifications and Skills Desired:

• 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment or related field.
• Great communication skills (active listening and speaking)
• Experience interacting with people (co-workers or customers) on a daily basis.
• High school or college graduates preferred.
