We are looking for a highly skilled carpenter or well‑rounded construction professional who takes pride in their craft and is ready to apply their skills in a growing industry. What You’ll Be Doing Installing monument signs, channel letters, cabinets & dimensional letters Structural mounting to masonry, steel, and wood framing Concrete footing and post setting Operating bucket trucks, lifts, skid steers, and jobsite equipment Reading blueprints and site plans Wiring and connecting illuminated signage (electrical experience strongly desired) Leading and mentoring crew members Representing our company professionally on job sites What We’re Looking For 10+ years of construction or carpentry experience Strong working knowledge of all hand and power tools Comfortable operating heavy equipment Electrical experience (120V/240V, basic wiring, conduit helpful) Ability to problem‑solve independently Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship Leadership mindset Clean driving record Who This Is NOT For Someone who needs constant direction Someone who cuts corners Someone who is afraid of heights Someone who doesn’t take pride in their work Someone who is unreliable Why Make the Switch?
