If you’re an EXPERIENCED HVAC Service Technician who is motivated by customer satisfaction, we have an immediate opening for you that includes hourly PLUS commission .

This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. You will succeed by caring about the customers’ needs and finding the solutions that fit their budget.

Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician:

• Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in residential HVAC
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
