Tex-Mix Concrete is a family-owned and operated company that has been competitive in the ready-mix industry for over 25 years. We proudly supply ready-mix concrete for residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects throughout Waco, Austin, San Antonio, and the surrounding communities.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Logistics / Customer Service Representative to join our dispatch team in Liberty Hill, TX. This role is fast-paced and customer-focused, involving heavy phone communication, order entry, and coordination with operations and sales to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

Industry experience is a plus, but not required. We value character, accountability, and work ethic above all else - we can train the rest.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service via high-volume phone communication
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders
• Coordinate closely with dispatch, operations, and sales teams
• Learn and utilize multiple computer systems and dispatch software
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
• Troubleshoot service issues and help drive solutions

Schedule
• 10-hour shifts starting between 6:00 AM - 7:30 AM
• Sundays off
• Rotating Saturdays (typically 1 out of every 4)
• Home every night
