\nStrategic Benefit Advisors is hiring a Health Support Specialist to join our Fort Lauderdale team.
\nNo previous industry experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to build confidence in the role.
\n \nYou’ll work directly with individuals and families, helping them understand their health coverage options, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
\n \nThis is a full-time, in-office position with clear opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the business.
\n \nKey Responsibilities

- Speak with clients about their health coverage needs \n
- Explain available plans and options clearly \n
- Support clients through enrollment \n
- Follow up with new and existing clients \n
- Build strong, professional relationships \n
- Maintain accurate client records \n
- Take part in ongoing training and development \n
