Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide specialized telemetry care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The nurse will deliver patient-focused nursing services, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes for cardiac and telemetry patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition and monitor cardiac telemetry data continuously.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and report significant changes promptly.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and standard procedures.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to ensure comfort and understanding.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid RN license.
• Have at least 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience.
• Possess current BLS and NIHSS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Be proficient in cardiac monitoring equipment and clinical procedures.
• Willingness to float to different units as required.
